Garden Waste Permits for East Lothian

To renew your Garden Waste Permit please copy the following link:

The renewal window ends on 06 July 2026 at 4pm and we would encourage you to renew (or purchase if you don’t have one) a Garden Waste Permit to ensure that your tenants have the tools to remove garden waste from their garden.  Having a bin to put their cuttings into helps them navigate keeping on top of cutting the grass and seasonal pruning.

You will need to create a "myaccount" on the "myeastlothian" website for your property if don't already have one.

Please note:  If you are unable to buy one, it is due to your tenants having taken the initiative to buy it themselves already.
