Since taking over ELPM in 2013, Chris and Lucilla Mackenzie have built the business around providing landlords and tenants with a friendly, reliable and personal service.

As a small independent team, we’re always easy to reach. No call centres, no automated systems and no being passed from person to person — just direct access to people who know you and your property.
